We unfortunately can’t make changes to your delivery address once payment has been received and you have received your Payment Confirmation email.
When will my order be delivered?
On receipt of your order, we will endevour to fulfill and have your order delivered order within 3 business days thereafter.
This is based on the reliability of our delivery partners, and subject to change for deliveries to regional or remote areas. We will keep you notified on email through the process.
What are my delivery options and how much does it cost?
To make it cheaper for our shopper, we provide a variety of delivery options on check-out.
1. Free shipping for all orders over R600 - couriered direct to your delivery address specified, usually within 2 days from receipt of order. We will email you once dispatched.
2. Collect from Subaru Southern Africa - Corner Ayrshire Avenue & Hereford Street, Longmeadow Business Park, Edenvale, 1609. We will email you know once your order is ready for collection. Click here for a SSA Map
1. R145 delivery fee for all orders under R600 - couriered direct to your delivery address specified, usually within 2 days from receipt of order. We will email you once dispatched.
2. R95 delivery fee to your closest Subaru dealership. We will email you to advise when your order is ready for your collection from our dealer.
